Rosehearty Beach

You might be mistaken for believing this beach is in a warm Mediterranean country.

This white sand beach is Rosehearty's best kept secret.

Clear waters and white sand, this beach can feel like you've been transported to the Med (on a nice day), but the windy dramatic weather also makes for a breathtaking panoramic view of the North Sea.

This is a must do walk for all that visit Rosehearty.

Rosehearty Harbour

A traditional working active harbour, Rosehearty has a small fleet of fishing boats (or 'yawls' as they are known).  These local yawls fish for mackerel, lobsters, crabs and various other fish and shellfish.

At peak season in the summer as many as 25 yawls can be seen at sea off of the harbour.

Rosehearty West Rocks

It changes colour as each day passes, so be sure to catch it when you are in the area.
