Davron Hotel COVID-19 Takeaway Policy


The safety and wellbeing of our customers, team members and wider community is our number one priority.


  • Collection/Delivery slots are restricted to one person only – you should not enter the premises before your collection time


  • Only one person should enter to collect the order


  • Customers must use the correctly allocated entry and exit doors as shown


  • Orders can only be placed via phone or social media as directed – no orders can be placed in person


  • Social distancing markers and directional signs have been placed on the floor and should be adhered to when entering the Davron


  • Should there be a delay and customers are being bottlenecked; a member of staff will set up a queuing system within the building (if possible) whilst adhering to our social distancing policy


  • Door handles and contact points are being sanitised constantly


  • Contactless payment can be made over the phone using your card details or upon collection using our visa terminal


  • Gloves and wipes will be provided (if needed) for use of the terminal, takeaway bags, takeaway boxes, door handles etc


  • Hands should be sanitised on entry to the building using the sanitiser provided


  • Customers experiencing any symptoms of the corona COVID-19 virus should not enter the Davron


  • Delivery will be maintained as contactless - payment must be made via the telephone in advance, items will be placed on the door step and our driver will step back a distance of 2 metres (where feasable) until the door is opened and you have recieved your delivery
